Lets see how is my "shy" personality getting me through to this Institutional Banking area that majority are guys.. By shy, I mean, my unwillingness to ask stupid question - I rather struggle myself than simply ask. My unwillingness to let people think I am dump, for asking stupid questions.

I need to be tougher. Speak strongly and be more firm.
