21 hours of sleep. Minus the random half + hour that I was awake for eating the One and only meal of the day for yesterday - half a bowl of Vietnamese Beef Noodle. Yet I still can't make it to work. WRONG TIMING !! I then MISSED out the Section 40 Training that I was suppose to attend today @ Gladsville, 0900 !! #$%^$##@ .

I reckon 2006 is just the one year that Cariss has been down to illness the MOST often in my Entire MacLife !! Bad 2006 !
