Now i finally understand why they were saying this TSO role is better than others. It's all probably because these QCC, Training, Legal & Risk Management team that i m working with are at the position where they are meant to be one step higher than all the Claim Teams.

well... back to the question, does it make a different for the PA of being a PA to the GM and being the PA to CEO or perhaps the Directors ?
They are still a PA, right ?
