I am not intelligent.
I never go through a second round, while my friend would get the first interview and bang- got the job straight away.
Maybe I am just not Intelligent enough.
累了。。我真的很想放棄了。。
How to improve in this area ? Any idea ?

Very much depends on Luck also, which, i certainly dont have. I've known ppl who would go for the very 1st or 1st few interview and get the job, straight. My sista is an example.
